These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Waliyy Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the ZuraLens mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using ZuraLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZuraLens. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
ZuraLens provides "Transparency Scores" and ingredient analysis for food, supplement, and cosmetic products. These scores and any related information are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, dietary, nutritional, religious (e.g., halal/kosher), or safety advice or certification. We are not a medical or health organization.
Transparency Scores are editorial summaries. They do not certify that a product is safe, unsafe, healthy, unhealthy, halal, haram, vegan, or suitable for any specific individual. You should always read the full product label and consult with a qualified professional before making any health, dietary, or lifestyle decisions.
The product information, ingredients, and data displayed in the App are sourced from third-party databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Product formulations change frequently. You must always verify information by reading the physical product label and contacting the manufacturer directly. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the product data.
The App may allow you to contribute product data or corrections. By submitting any content, you grant Waliyy Holdings LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
ZuraLens offers an optional Premium subscription which may include features such as supplement and cosmetic scanning, unlimited scan history, and advanced search capabilities.

Waliyy Holdings LLC owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the "ZuraLens" name and branding. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ZuraLens is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waliyy Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on Transparency Scores. This includes, without limitation, any health or dietary issues, allergic reactions, or decisions made based on the information provided within the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ZuraLens after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
